Ahead of the 50th anniversary of WISAG, one of Germany’s leading service companies in Germany, Iconic took a close look at the company’s history and evaluated potentials for a communication campaign. Our strategic approach started with the analysis of what had and hadn’t changed, how big the impact of founder Michael C. Wisser was and still is and in how far company ideals have been changing. Taking all those factors into consideration we defined specific goals that needed to be achieved with the jubilee’s event.


Iconic created a detailed communication concept based on the defined goals. Essentials were the communication of values, the integration of WISAG’s employees and the external presentation of the company’s values. Iconic focused on WISAG’s employees as well as the appreciation of their distribution to the company – this laid the foundation for all future communication activities around their anniversary.
